- Provide excellent customer service to our online customers through phone, email and social media.
- Ensure all customer inquiries on every platform are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist the Digital team with promotional and custom orders when required.
- Assist the Retail teams with in-store customer queries when required.
- Use every opportunity to deliver exceptional help and care, leaving all customers with a positive experience with the brand, going above and beyond where necessary.
