We are looking for a positive and friendly person to lead our customer service team in delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout all interactions with our brand.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide excellent customer service to our online customers through phone, email and social media.
  • Ensure all customer inquiries on every platform are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist the Digital team with promotional and custom orders when required.
  • Assist the Retail teams with in-store customer queries when required.
  • Use every opportunity to deliver exceptional help and care, leaving all customers with a positive experience with the brand, going above and beyond where necessary.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Customer service skills and previous experience
  • Passionate about providing a customer-friendly culture 
  • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
