Job Description

We are on the lookout for an admin star to join our Customer Success (CS) Team; owning all online returns and supporting other elements of customer service as needed. Being adaptable is key to succeeding in this role; we are a rapidly scaling business so some responsibilities may develop.

This is a full time role (40 hours per week), reporting directly to the online CS Manager.

Responsibilities include:

  • Resolving all incoming returns in a timely manner, processing refunds and exchanges as required.
  • Managing inventory and stock control of returns.
  • Providing administrative support to account for the entire return process.
  • Assisting the CS Team (primarily through Emails and Social Media) as required.

Qualifications and Skills required:

  • Effective communication - both verbal and written
  • Quick to learn and manage multiple online programs
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Excel Skills / Data entry
  • Previous experience in Customer Service preferred, but not essential.
